Myrtle Beach is the happiness of the family took Toniolo our region for the second position of the Italian restaurant called Stefano's Cucina Rustica. You have the first position with the same name in Florence for 19 years owned.

Stefano has a warm décor rich with colors of a TuscanSunset: Umber, Sienna, misty green. Low metal ceiling fans and lights have a terra cotta hue, and arches that give a glimpse into the kitchen of the ancient world from the air. Traditional Italian music plays, and it was the first time I heard "Volare" in Italian.
The vintage theme fits the heirloom family recipes using Toniolos like their marinara and meat sauce, rich and thick and sweetly peppery from fresh herbs and spices.
Meals start with a fresh and warm mini loaf of bread. The serverbring a white bowl with a resting place for a spoonful of freshly chopped garlic and herbs. In the table, the server pours olive oil into the bowl and mixed in the spoon into the fresh flavors to create immersion oil.
From 11 to 3 clock there is a special lunch menu. For $ 7 guests a choice of lasagna, chicken tortellini, chicken parmesan, have spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo cheese ravioli or baked rigatoni, and they come with a choice of soup or salad, and wonderful breadbaked (which is fresh every day at Benjamin's Bakery in Surfside Beach). There are also lunch specials, and the day I visited, it was stuffed peppers.
But you do not on the lunch menu lunch stick, because the menu is for lunch or dinner available. There are as paninis As Wise Guy with salami, capicola and mozzarella, or The Leaning Tower of Pizza with pepperoni, sausage, tomato and mozzarella. Some people enjoyed the pizzas with gourmet toppings such as meatballs can come, Portabello mushrooms, roasted peppers and plum tomatoes. There are also small and large Stromboli and stuffed pizzas like Chicken and Broccoli, the Venice and Veggie Bacon Double Cheeseburger.
Stefano has wings (mild, medium, hot, extreme or teriyaki) and salads including Antipasto, Buffalo Chicken, Buffalo Shrimp, FriedTortellini and Fried Calamari.
Appetizers are lavish, like broccoli Cheddar Puffs, Fried Calimari, provolone Fritta (fried provolone with marinara) and Caprese (mozzarella and fresh tomato slices), drizzled with olive oil and garnished with fresh basil. I tried the wonderful Crab Dip Toasted Ravioli, where ravioli with a tasty crab dip, fried 'til crispy and served filled with Alfredo dipping sauce.
Many of the main dishes are what you would expect, and they come inHuge portions. There's Lasagna Al Forno, Ravioli Di Quattro Formaggi (four cheeses), Manicotti, Parmigiana Alla Sorrentina with chicken, eggplant or veal, and chicken or veal Marsala.
I tried the cannelloni, pasta sheets rolled and stuffed with minced beef, pork, veal, spinach and four cheeses and then baked and served with mozzarella cheese and covered with meat sauce. It was warm and tasteful, and I could only eat one third of them. My husband enjoyed the rest of hisDinner.
You can also order Personalized Pasta, where a selection of pastas, a selection of sauces and choose from a variety of toppings.
A few appetizers include chicken Pollo Fumigata or Smothered Chicken, Pollo Tuscana (lemony) and rigatoni Raggiata the Angry Rigatoni resources and is a hearty dish with noodles, chicken, Italian sausage, banana peppers sauce and Alfresco. The service is warm, friendly and efficient. I was even greeted by servers tend to other tables, and estimated that the remains were my boxed up for me at the table. This is a great day on the spot or family restaurant, and I'm guessing, Carolina ForestNeighbors will thank you to a place like this have to eat if they do not get out in the big market.
